Messages to you from the League:
Please remind your swimmers and parents there is no food or balls allowed in the gym at any time, and swimmers are strongly encouraged, to stay in the gym where the bullpen will be run. Doors will not open until 7am on both days so please encourage your parents not to crowd the door before then to allow those who will arrive earlier to set-up (Admissions volunteers and family may enter at 6:45).

Parking will be allowed in our parking lot, as well as on any side street as long as it is not posted and they are not blocking a driveway. Since there is no winter parking ban all parking on the street is available. Carpooling is always encouraged. There is a small lot across from ours near the Clark University track and field which I would ask any coaches, club vehicles or parents that will be there the entire day to use if there is space available.

EVERYONE ANY EVERYTHING MUST BE CLEARED OUT OF GYM BY 5:30! Please advise your team to take their belongings and clean their area of the gym by the last event of the meet so our janitor has time to clean it and make it ready for the next event which is coming in at 6.

Awards will follow in the pool area around 10-15 minutes following the final event so please encourage anyone who is staying to move into the pool area immediately following the last event!

As always, we will make every effort to minimize any discrepancies with times and results, but mistakes do happen. If any concerns arise during the meet, please direct parents and swimmers come to their coach and the coach come to me and we will make things right.

Thank you and Go Sea Wolves!
Carol
