Hello Team, We will be getting a timing system!!!!!!! Thank you everyone for your support. We hope to have the system in and set up in about 4 weeks. We may have a practice meet to test it out, more information coming. First Meet: Nashua, report in at 10:45am at 1 Positive Place, Nashua, NH 03060 Meet Requests : Reminder all meet requests (not attending, leaving early, coming late and van) must be submitted by 9 pm on the TUESDAY before the meet. The sign ups are at the  meet schedule site: https://www.billericabgc.com/meet-information . If there is no request it is assumed you attend on time. Injury requests: As we approach our first meet of the season I am sure there are a few swimmers who due to an injury may not do a particular stroke: for example a child with a recent knee injury may not be able to do breastroke. Hello Team, There is no practice today do to an unexpected pool maintenance issue, but it will re-open tomorrow. There will be no practice on Halloween (10/31) and the Day of Observation for Veterans Day (11/10). Roster Try 2: Attached is an updated roster, hopefully everyone is on it and the ages and sex of each child is correct. If you have not done so please check that you child is listed and for any errors. If you needed a correction, please confirm it is now correct. Please email me with any corrections. Practice Meet : On Friday October 27 for new swimmers only . All returning members of the team will not have practice that day. We will still have video training at 4:30 but it will be for new swimmers only also.Video at 4:30. Please report to the conference room at 4:30, come in suits ready to swim as they will go directly from video training to the meet. Hello Team, Attached is the team roster. Please check the information is correct. If it is NOT correct, please email corrections to me. No email responce is needed for correct information. Please note the competition age is their age as of  September 1 , which is their age for this year on the team through sectionals, so if they have had a birthday after  September 1st  it should not be reflected here; example: John Doe was 10 on  September 1st , but turned 11  two weeks later . Hello Team, There will be no practice on Halloween. Showers/Locker Room: Please do not reserve a shower in the locker room by placing a bag, or an other item, in it. If you are not yourself in the shower then it must be made available to others to use. Please be prompt when in the shower when using them so that we can move everyone through as quickly as possible. Fins- We ask all 13 and up swimmers bring fins to practice to increase their training level. Please have them bring them to the lane at the start of practice. The suit should be snug, with only 2 fingers fitting under the strap for girls. They will stretch out fairly quickly and if they start with a loose suit soon they will drag. Meet Special Requests: Please Note the procedure has changed from last year. This year all meet requests will be done online through Sign-up Genius. We will not take requests via email, calls or on deck. All meet requests must be made by the TUESDAY the before that meet. Note this is one day earlier than last year. For example a request to miss the November 4 Nashua Meet are due by 9 pm on Tuesday October 3st. The sign up genius form will automatically close at 9 pm on Tuesday night but up until then you can add or edit a request. At the Sign-up Genius you may request to miss a meet, come late, leave early or for you child to use the van for an away meet (van is for ages 12 and up or for younger children under the supervision of a 14 year old older sibling). Remember, you may miss up to 3 regular season meets. Also, please limit leaving early or arriving late requests to 1-2 meets per season.
